Review before purchasing
Please review the product title, exam, contents, price, access period, attempt limits, language, evaluation scope, and device or technical requirements before payment. Contact us before purchasing if a listed condition is unclear.
Digital access and cancellations
Because test series, downloads, and other digital content may become available immediately, an order generally cannot be cancelled merely because the learner changed their mind after access, download, test attempt, or evaluation use has begun. Any mandatory consumer right under applicable law continues to apply.
When a request may be considered
A refund or correction may be considered for a verified duplicate charge, payment captured without the order being created, failure to provide the purchased access after reasonable support attempts, or a materially incorrect product description. Eligibility depends on the order record, access history, product terms, and applicable law.
How to request help
Use the Contact page and provide the account email or phone number, order or transaction reference, purchase date, product name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs, passwords, or other payment credentials.
Review and processing
We will verify the payment and access records and may request additional non-sensitive information. If approved, the refund is normally initiated to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside Study247Exam’s direct control.
Promotions and partial use
Promotional discounts, bundled products, partial use, expired access, completed tests, downloaded materials, and completed or started evaluations may affect eligibility. Where a partial remedy is appropriate, platform credit, access correction, replacement content, or another reasonable resolution may be offered.
